寇北辰先生经过对人类有史以来生存与发展问题的长期研究，得出“和”则生、“不和”则克，即“和”有利于人类生存与发展、“不和”不利于人类生存与发展的结论。同时，通过大量古今中外的历史实证，得出了“和”是相互不损害、相互有利于，“不和”是相互损害、相互不利于的结论。

After a long-term study on the survival and development of human history, Mr.Kou Beichen concluded that He’ can promote and Dis-He’(or ‘discord’) will restrict to  everything , that is, He’ is conducive to human survival and development, and Dis-He’ is not conducive to the survival and development of human beings. At the same time, through a large number of historical evidence, ancient and modern, Chinese and foreign countries, we draw the conclusion that He’ is no harm and conducive to each other, and Dis-He’ is mutual damage and not conducive to each other.

寇北辰对“和”定义：“和”是有利于人类共同生存与发展的规律；“不和”是不利于人类生存与发展的规律。提出用“和”平天下的思想主张，形成了《和 · 平天下》理论体系。

Kou Beichen defines He’: He’ is conducive to the common survival and development of human law; Dis-He’ is unfavorable to human survival and development law. Put forward the idea of using He’ to rule the world, forming the theoretical system of the Pacify The World With He’ .
